Installation of Chutes RDF0010 and RDF0012 and Hydraulic Rotation
(Figures 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12)
1. Figure 4: The snowblower, as delivered.
(The model may differ)
2. Figures 5: Take off the retaining plate
(item 7) by removing the two 5/8" x 1 1/2"
bolts and 5/8" serrated flange nuts (items 1-
2).
3. Figures 5: Remove the rotation bushing
(item 6) and the gear shield (item 3) by
removing the four 5/16" x 1" serrated flange
bolts and the 5/16" serrated flange nuts
(items 4-5).
4. Figure 6: Disassemble the motor gear
(item 1) by removing the bolt, lockwasher
and the flat washer (items 1-2-3) then
remove the four bolts, lockwashers and flat
washers (items 5-6-7) and remove the
motor (item 8).
5. Figure 7: Remove the anchoring plate
(item 1) and the anchoring flat bar (item 2).
6. Figure 8: Insert the chute (item 1) under
the retaining plate (item 2) welded on the
snowblower.
