Backrest
For VT600
The backrest is adjustable.
Pull the backrest adjusting lever

upward to adjust the
backrest position.
Turn the backrest adjusting knob

right or left to further
adjust the backrest.
WARNING
@
Do not sit on the backrest.
@
When riding without a passenger, the backrest can be
adjusted for the rider as shown in the illustration.
To adjust the passenger grip position, remove the pas-
senger grip adjusting knobs

on both sides of the seat,
and change the position of the passenger grip to any one
of the three positions shown.
WARNING
@
Make sure that the passenger grip adjusting knobs
are tightened securely after adjusting the passenger
grip position.

Storage compartment
Open the storage compartment to store the service
tools, spare parts, or other small items.
