This is the value of the setpoint that was received digitally. This item configures or
reports the setpoint in the flow units chosen in the active gas record (G7). Writing to
this item will affect the value reported back by V5 below. The flow controller will
increase or decrease the valve opening until the flow reading equals this desired flow
value. The value received here is ignored if V2 is set for analog control.

This is the value of the setpoint that was received on the analog input pins as read by
A/D#0. This item configures or reports the setpoint in the flow units chosen in the
active gas record (G7). The flow controller will interpret the A/D reading such that a
minimum input reading is a request for no flow and a maximum input reading is a
request for the full scale flow indicated by G2. Any input between these minimum and
maximum values will be interpreted as a request for a flow rate that is a corresponding
ratio of the full scale flow. The flow controller will increase or decrease the valve
opening until the flow reading equals this desired flow value. The value received here
is ignored if V2 is set for digital control.
