The following table contains the common problems and the solutions to these
problems. Please check this list before you contact the technicians.

The Sceptre
Power Boost is
beeping when I
plug it in to
recharge.
You did not flip the main power switch to on (the |
symbol) first. The unit needs to be on when recharging.
I’m trying to jump
my car but the
Sceptre Power
Boost is not
working.
You did not flip the main power switch to on (the |
symbol) and press the RESET button first.
The Reset button
is blinking slowly
and the Sceptre
Power Boost is not
working.
Either you have reversed the polarity of the jumpers or
something is causing a short. Once you correct the
mistake, press the RESET button again to restart the
Sceptre Power Boost.
The Reset button
is blinking rapidly
and the Sceptre
Power Boost is not
working.
You have overheated the Sceptre Power Boost. Unplug
the unit and let it rest for 30+ minutes and you can try to
use it.
The flash light
doesn’t work.
Make sure to flip the main power switch to the on
position. Make sure to press the power level indicator
button afterwards.
The USB ports are
not charging my
devices.
