WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS:

STATED INTHIS WARRANTY.Some statesdo notallowlimitationson howlong anim-
plied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you ifinconsistent with con-
trolling state law.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Ifyour ATV requireswarranty service, you musttakeitto aPolarisdealerauthorized tore-
pair Polaris ATVs. When requesting warranty service you must present your copy of the
Warranty Registration form to thedealer.(THE COST OF TRANSPOR TATION TO AND
FROMTHE DEALER ISYOUR RESPONSIBILITY). Polarissuggeststhatyou use your
original selling dealer; however,you may use any Polaris Servicing Dealerto perform war-
ranty service.
Pleaseworkwithyourdealertoresolveanywarranty issues.Should yourdealerrequireany
additional assistance they will contact the appropriate personnel at Polaris.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvary
from state to state.
If any of the above terms are void because of state or federal law , all other warranty terms
will remain in effect.
Engine Oil
1. Mixingoilbrandsorusingnon-recommendedoilmaycauseenginedamage. Werecom-
mend the use of Polaris engine oil.
2. Damage resulting from the use of non-recommended lubricants may not be covered by
warranty .
SPARK ARRESTOR
Polariswarrants that the spark arrestorin this vehiclewillmeet theefficiency requirements
of43CFR8340.1(c)foratleast1000hourswhensubjectedtonormaluseandwhenmainte-
nance and installation are in accordance with Polaris recommendations.
