MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
Side Panel Removal
NOTE: Side panel removal may be difficult until the locking tabs and
receivers have been snapped and unsnapped a few times.
1. Remove the seat.
2. Grasp the rear of the side panel
near the rear cab. With a quick
and firm motion, pull the panel
forward and outward to
disengage the two rear tabs.
3. Place your hand on top of the
side panel behind the fuel tank.
With a quick and firm motion,
push down on the side panel to
disengage the top rear two tabs.
Then pull up on the side panel to
disengage the front upper and
lower tabs.
4. To reinstall the side panel, align
the panel tabs with the slots on
the front cab. Push the panel
upward and forward until the
tabs lock. Bend the rear of the
side panel and insert the two
tabs into the rear cab.
Steering Assembly
The steering assembly of the ATV should be checked periodically for
loose nuts and bolts. If loose nuts and bolts are found, see your Polaris
dealer for service before operating the vehicle.
