TYPERIOD.POLARISFURTHERDISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSWARRANTIES NOT
STATED IN THIS WARRANTY.Somestates donot allowlimitationson how long an im-
plied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you if inconsistent with con-
trolling state law.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SER VICE
If yourATV requires warranty service,you musttake itto a Polaris dealerauthorized to re-
pair Polaris ATVs. When requesting warranty service you must present your copy of the
Warranty Registration form to the dealer. (THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND
FROM THEDEALER IS YOURRESPONSIBILITY).Polarissuggeststhatyou useyour
original selling dealer; however, you may use any Polaris Servicing Dealer to perform war-
ranty service.
Pleaseworkwith yourdealerto resolveanywarranty issues.Should yourdealerrequireany
additional assistance they will contact the appropriate personnel at Polaris.
Thiswarranty givesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhich vary
from state to state.
If any of the above terms are void because of state or federal law, all other warranty terms
will remain in ef fect.
Engine Oil
1. Mixing oilbrandsor using non-recommended oilmay causeenginedamage. Werecom-
mend the use of Polaris engine oil.
2. Damage resulting from the use of non-recommended lubricants may not be covered by
warranty .
SPARK ARRESTOR
Polaris warrants that the spark arrestor in this vehicle will meet the efficiency requirements
of43 CFR8340.1(c)foratleast1000 hourswhensubjectedtonormaluseand whenmainte-
nance a nd installation are in accordance with Polaris recommendations.
