The Driver consists of 3 main parts: Cover(1), Weight assembly (2), inside belt disk (3)
* Remove Driver from engine and seperate components according to diagram above.
* With brake cleaning uid, spray each component (1),(2),(3) liberally and wipe clean.
* Lubricate Driver component (2) (3) with a dry spray lubricant. Make sure no lubricant is
placed on surfaces where drive belt will contact. Note: Dry spray lubricant can
be purchased at most auto, motorcycle, and hardware stores. Do not use Grease, oil,
graphite or silicone lubricants.

* Remove Driven from jackshaft. Do not take apart, if the Driven
needs to be taken apart, please contact your local service center.
* With brake cleaning uid, spray Driven liberally and wipe clean.
* Lubricate Driven with a dry spray lubricant. Make sure no lubricant is
sprayed on surfaces which will come in contact with the drive belt..

Re-install Torque Converter Drive , Drivebelt, and Driven
1. Install Driven unit
3. Install Drive belt
2. Install inside belt disk
4. Install drive cover and
weight assembly. Make sure
bolt on driven and nut on
driver are snug.
