IMPORTANT CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE RIDER
Check oil level
Check brake fluid level
Check brake pads for wear
Check lights for function
Check horn for function
Lubricate and adjust cables and nipples
Bleed fork legs regulary
Remove and clean fork dust bellows regulary
Clean and lubricate chain, check tension and adjust if necessary ●●
Clean air filter and filter box
Check tyres for pressure and wear
Check cooling fluid level
Check fuel lines for leaks
Drain and clean float chamber
Check all control elements for smooth operation
Check brake performance ●●
Treat blank metal parts (with the exception of brake and exhaust system)
with wax-based anti corrosion agent
Treat ignition and steering locks and light switches with contact spray
Check tightness of screws, nuts and hose clamps regular
