power should be performed by trained personnel only.
Use a stick or similar instrument to clean under the mower making sure that no part of the body,
especially arms and hands are under mower.
Exercise caution when working under the deck as the mower blades are extremely sharp. Wearing
gloves or wrapping the blade(s) is advisable when working around or with the blades.
Do not touch hot parts of machine.
Keep nuts and bolts tight, especially the blade attachment bolts. Keep equipment in good condition.
Never tamper with safety devices. Check their proper operation regularly.
Grass collection system components are subject to wear, damage and deterioration, which could
expose moving parts or allow objects to be thrown. Frequently check components and replace with
manufacturer’s recommended parts, when necessary.

Using a ramp
Use extreme caution when loading and unloading a unit with a ramp.
Use only a single, full width ramp; do not use individual ramps for each side of the unit. Having a full
width ramp provides a surface for the tractor frame to contact if the unit starts to tip backwards. It also
reduces the risk of a wheel going off and the machine tipping over.
Do not exceed a 15 degree angle between the ramp and the ground or between the ramp and the
trailer or truck.
