ATTACH INSIDE LEVELING COMB
The inside rake has a top link which attaches
between the leveling comb frame and the lev-
el control arm. Raise the free end of the top
link and insert it into the clevis pin as shown.
OPERATIONAL USE OF LEVELING COMB
You can operate the Riata Rake using a oat-
ing method or xed method of leveling. It is
recommended that the rst use of the imple-
ment you use it in a oating position with the
handle in the up position (as shown). Once
you have made a complete pass over your
arena you may wish to lock the inside leveling
comb (Down position) at a height that allows
a small amount of material to build up in front
of the comb but not in excess of a couple of
inches. This will allow RiataRake to distribute
the footing consistently as you condition.
