(passenger’s)sideofthevehicle.
•Fitawheelcoverontotherightfrontwheel.

•Fita"-16(1cm)locknut,rounded side out,ontothe
frontaxle.
IMPORTANT!Tightenthelocknutfirmlywiththe
assemblytool.
•Testtobesurethefrontwheelmovesfreelyonthefront
axle.Turnthefrontwheel.
•Ifthefrontwheeldoesnotmovefreely,loosenthe
locknut¼turnandtestagain.Repeatthisprocedure
asnecessary.
•Repeatsteps5-7toassembletheotherwasher,bushing,
frontwheelandwheelcoverwiththeremaining"-16
(1cm)locknutontheothersideofthevehicle.

andtighten.
•Fitthegrilleontothefrontbumber.
•Inserttwoblack#8x¾"(1,9cm)screwsintothe
grilleandtighten.
