•Removeyourfootfromthepedaltostop!
•Beforeyoudisconnectthehighspeedlock-out,make
sureyourchildknowshowtosteer,startandstopthe
vehicle,andknowsthesafedrivingrules.Whenthe
highspeedlock-outisdisconnected,thevehiclecanbe
drivenforwardandreverseinlow(2½mph/4km/hr,
maximum)orforwardonlyinhighspeed(5mph/8km/
hr,maximum).
•Makesuretheshifterisinthereverse

position.
•Loosenandremovethescrewintheshifterbase.
•Replacethelock-outscrewintotheholeintheshifter
forfutureuse.Itcanbere-insertedintotheshifterbase
tolock-outhighspeed.

•Makesuretheshifterisinthelowspeed

•Pressdownonthefootpedal.
