• Fit a
3
/16" washer onto two #8 x 2" screws.
• Insert the screws with washer into the bottom of the brushguard
and tighten.
• Insert two more #8 x 2" screws into the front of the brushguard
and tighten.
• Turn the vehicle upright.
• Face the front end of the vehicle.
• Fit the long flat end of the brushguard under the steering linkage.

IMPORTANT! Be sure to fit the handlebar connector down through
the opening in the front end of the vehicle before you snap the
handlebar to the vehicle.
• Insert the steering column down through the opening in the front
end of the vehicle

. Be sure to fit the steering column through
the opening in the brushguard and the hole in the steering linkage
(underneath the vehicle).
• Now, insert the handlebar connector down through the same
opening in the front end of the vehicle

• Push to “snap” the handlebar into the vehicle.
Hint: The handlebar connector is used for high speed use. Please
see page 22 for more information.
