• Turn the vehicle upside down.
• Insert two #8 x
3
/4" screws into the front end of the vehicle, as shown,
and tighten.
• Locate and identify the front vehicle wheels and the rear
vehicle wheels.
• The front vehicle wheels are narrow and will be used in Assembly
step 4.
• The rear vehicle wheels are wide and will be used in Assembly
step 6.

• Slide a

/16" washer onto a front axle.
• Slide a large bushing, flat side first, onto a front axle.
• Slide a narrow front vehicle wheel (labeled R), flat side first, onto a
front axle.
• Slide a large hubcap, peg side first, onto a front axle.

Assembly Tool
• Fit a .437 cap nut on the end of the front axle.
• Fit the assembly tool over the cap nut. Tap the end of the assembly
tool with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of the front
axle. Pull on the front wheel to be sure it is secure.
• Repeat Assembly steps 4 and 5 to assemble the other narrow front
vehicle wheel (labeled L) to the other front axle.
