Quick Reference Guide
To lock using your remote
• To lock the system press
for one second. The doors lock (if
connected). The ve hi cle’s horn (if connected) honks and the park-
ing lights flash once to confirm locking.
To unlock using your remote
• To unlock the system press
for one second. The doors unlock
(if connected). The vehicle’s horn (if con nect ed) honks twice and
the parking lights flash twice.
To disable the optional Failsafe® Starter Kill without a remote
control
• Turn on the ignition. Press and release the Valet button with in 10
sec onds. The ve hi cle starts.
To remote start the vehicle
• Press for 1 second. The parking lights turn on (if connected)
and the vehicle starts. It will run for the programmed duration.
To activate Panic Mode
• Press and hold
for 1.5 seconds.
To activate Timer Mode
• Press
and
to start the vehicle, and run it for the set duration.
To activate Car Finder
• Press
+
to activate Car Finder, the vehicle lights flash 5
times.
