Valet Operation
The unit can be placed into Alarm Valet Mode to stop alarm conditions or to disable the alarm
functions and the anti-theft Starter Kill feature. While a vehicle stands in Alarm Valet Mode, Panic
mode and door locking/unlocking functions are still operational.
Enabling the Alarm Valet
1. Turn the key to the RUN position.
2. Within 5 sec. press and hold the Valet button for about 3 seconds.
3. The parking lights will flash 3 times to indicate that the system has entered Valet Mode.
4. Release the Valet button and turn the key to
OFF position
5. The LED will come on and stays lit to indicate that the Alarm Valet Mode is enabled. For
the 2-way LCD remote, the icon will be displayed on the LCD.
Disabling the Alarm Valet
1. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.
2. Within 5 sec. press and hold the Valet button for about 3 seconds.
3. The parking lights will flash twice to indicate that the system is out of Valet Mode.
4. Release the Valet button and turn the key to OFF position
5. The LED will go out to indicate that the Alarm Valet is disabled. For the 2-way remote,
the icon will disappear from the LCD.
Remote Valet Operation
The system can be placed in or out of Valet Mode through the remote control. This means that the
user does not have to enter the vehicle or switch the key to the
RUN position to get in or out of
Valet Mode.
To place the system in or out of Valet Mode:
• Press and hold + buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds on the transmitter; the
system will toggle in and out of Valet Mode:
o Getting into Valet Mode, the parking lights will flash 3 times, the LED will
come on and remain lit. For the 2-way LCD remote, the icon will be
displayed on the LCD.
o Getting out of Valet Mode, the parking lights will flash twice, the LED will go
out. For the 2-way LCD remote, the icon will disappear from the LCD.

• To get into Valet Mode, press the button to go to the MENU.
• Press to go to the next stage MENU; press or to go to the VALET MENU.
• Press
to go to the next stage MENU; press or to choose the CMVLT
(COMBO VALET) Mode.
• Press to go to the next stage MENU; press or to choose the ON.
• Press and hold
for 5 seconds.
• The parking lights will flash 3 times and the LED on the antenna will remain
ON solid.
• The icon will appear on your LCD remote.
• To get out of Valet mode, press the
button to go to the MENU.
• Press to go to the next stage
MENU; press or to go to the VALET MENU.
• Press to go to the next stage
MENU; press or to choose the CMVLT (COMBO
VALET) Mode.
• Press
to go to the next stage MENU; press or to choose the ON.
