Impact and Radar Sensor
Operation
The SEC-8063 security system comes
standard with an impact sensor which
provides two levels of impact protection. The
impact sensor gives a warning when a light
impact is placed on the vehicle and will enter
a full alarming state when a heavy impact is
placed on the vehicle.
The SEC-8063 is capable of controlling the
optional SEC-8346 Dual Sector Digital Radar
Sensor. This optional sensor emits a high
frequency (microwave) signal that is changed
when mass movement, from such items as a
person’s body or arm is detected. The SEC-
8063 security system is capable of detecting
movement in two sectors, one inside the
vehicle and one outside the vehicle. See your
