Security Set-Up
1 Enter the vehicle.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON
position.
2 Turn on the power of the CDA-7949.
Press and release the EXT2/EXT3 and EXT
SELECT buttons simultaneously.
To change the setup feature 1 , press and
release the TX/PANIC button. To change the
setting of each feature 2 , press and hold the
EXT1/VALET button for at least 2 seconds.
When you are satisfied with the setup of
features in this screen, press and release the
Disarm/Valet switch to turn on and then off
quickly to advance to the next screen.
Note: When you change the car number,
also change the remote control side.Be
sure to press and release the TX/
PANIC button.
Again, to change the setup feature 1 , press
and release the TX/PANIC button. To change
the setting of each feature 2 , press and hold
the EXT1/VALET button for at least 2
seconds.
Press and release the Disarm/Valet switch to
turn on and then off quickly to advance to the
next screen.
