CONSIGNES IMPORTANTES
L’utilisation de tout appareil électroménager exige des précautions
fondamentales pour réduire les risques d’incendies, de chocs
électriques et de blessures, dont les suivantes:
1. LISEZ TOUTES LES INSTRUCTIONS AVANT L’UTILISATION.
2. Ne touchez pas aux surfaces chaudes de la cafetière. Servez-vous
des poignées et boutons fournis et n’ouvrez pas le couvercle durant
le filtrage. La vapeur risque d’échauder si le couvercle est levé au
cours du cycle d’infusion.
3. Pour vous protéger du choc électrique, n’immergez jamais le
cordon d’alimentation, la fiche ou la cafetière dans l’eau ou dans
tout autre liquide.
4. Assurez une surveillance étroite lorsque l’appareil est employé par
des enfants ou à proximité d’eux.
5. Réglez la cafetière à l’ARRÊT (OFF) et débranchez-la à la prise
quand ni la cafetière ni l’horloge ne servent et avant le nettoyage.
Laissez refroidir toutes les pièces avant de nettoyer la cafetière
ainsi qu’avant de monter ou de démonter toute pièce.
6. N’employez pas l’appareil si son cordon ou sa fiche est abîmé, s’il
a mal fonctionné ou a été endommagé de quelque façon.
Retournez-le uniquement au centre de service agréé le plus proche
pour le faire examiner, réparer ou ajuster au besoin.
7. L’utilisation d’accessoires de marque autre que SUNBEAM

ou
MR. COFFEE
®
peut entraîner danger et blessures corporelles.
8. N’employez pas la cafetière à l’air libre.
9. Ne laissez pas pendre le cordon au bord de la table ou du plan
de travail et veillez à ce qu’il ne touche aucune surface chaude.
10. Ne posez pas cette cafetière sur ou près de foyers de cuisson
électriques ou à gaz chauds et ne la mettez pas non plus dans un
four chaud.
11. Pour débrancher la cafetière, réglez-la à l’ARRÊT (OFF) puis tirez
délicatement la fiche hors de la prise de courant.
12. Posez la cafetière sur une surface dure, plane et d’aplomb afin de
ne pas entraver la circulation de l’air sous elle.
13. Évitez tout contact avec les pièces en mouvement.
14. Cette cafetière est uniquement destinée à l’usage domestique.
15. N’employez la cafetière qu’aux fins auxquelles elle est destinée.

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury to persons, basic
safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical

plug from the power supply.
12. Place the appliance on a hard, flat level surface to avoid
interruption of airflow underneath the coffeemaker.
13. Avoid contact with any moving parts.
