WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS:

TY PERIOD. POLARIS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSWARRANTIES NOT
STATED IN THIS WARRANTY. Some statesdo not allow limitations on howlong an im-
plied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you if inconsistent with con-
trolling state law .
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If your ATV requires warranty service, you musttake it to a Polaris dealer authorized to re-
pair Polaris ATVs. When requesting warranty service you must present your copy of the
Warranty Registration form to the dealer. (THE COST OF TRANSPORT ATION TO AND
FROM THE DEALER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY). Polaris suggests that you use your
original selling dealer; however, you may use any Polaris Servicing Dealer to perform war-
ranty service.
Pleasework with yourdealer to resolveany warranty issues.Should yourdealer require any
additional assistance they will contact the appropriate personnel at Polaris.
Thiswarrantygivesyou specificlegalrights,andyou may also haveotherrightswhich vary
from state to state.
If any of the above terms are void because of state or federal law , all other w arranty terms
will remain in effect.
Engine Oil
1. Mixing oilbrandsorusing non-recommended oilmay causeenginedamage. Werecom-
mend the use of Polaris engine oil.
2. Damage resulting from the use of non-recommended lubricants may not be covered by
warranty .
