WARNING
Severe injury or death can result from improper toe alignment and adjustment. Do not
attempt to adjust tie rod alignment. All tie rod adjustments should be performed by a n
authorized Polaris dealer.
Toe Alignment
Use the following procedure to check the toe alignment of the vehicle. The Predator is
designed for a neutral toe setting.
1. Set the handlebars in a straight-ahead position. Use tie straps to secure the handlebars
to the rear grab bar so they can’t move.
NOTE: The steering arm can be used as an indicator of whether the handlebars are
straight. The arm should always point straight back from the steering post.
2. Place stands (1) in front of the vehicle, perpendicular to the rear tires. See illustration.
