Seat ventilation

Seat ventilation button
The blue indicator lamps in the button come
on to show which ventilation level you have
selected.

The seat ventilation for the driver’s seat
can be activated using summer opening
feature (Y page 336).

Switch on the ignition.
X
Switching on: Press button 1 repeatedly
until the desired ventilation level is set.

Switching off: Press button 1 repeatedly
until all indicator lamps go out.
If one or more of the indicator lamps in the
seat ventilation button 1 are flashing, there
is insufficient voltage available since too
many electrical consumers are turned on. The
seat ventilation switches off automatically.
The seat ventilation will switch back on again
automatically as soon as sufficient voltage is
available.
Seat heating

Seat heating button
The red indicator lamps in button 1 come on
to show which heating level you have
selected.
The seat heating switches from level 3 (high)
to level 2 after approximately 5 minutes.
The seat heating switches from level 2 to level
1 (low) after approximately 10 minutes.
The seat heating automatically switches off
from level 1 after approximately 20 minutes.

Switch on the ignition.

Switching on: Press button 1 repeatedly
until the desired heating level is set.
One or more red indicator lamps in button
1 show the selected heating level.

Switching off: Press button 1 repeatedly
until all indicator lamps go out.
If one or more of the indicator lamps in seat
heating button 1 are flashing, there is
insufficient voltage available since too many
electrical consumers are turned on. The seat
heating switches off automatically.
The seat heating will switch back on again
automatically as soon as sufficient voltage is
available.
Multicontour seats, rear
You can adjust the rear outer multicontour
seats using the buttons on the center
console.
