• Align the tabs on a hubcap with the slots in a wheel. “Snap” a
hubcap into the center of each wheel.
• Turn the vehicle upright.

• While pressing down on the steering wheel, grasp the steering
column under the dash and pull it up as far as it will go.
• Insert the " x 1½" pin through the hole in the end of the
steering column.
• Grasp the steering column again under the dash. Pull the
steering column down to fit the pin into the grooved area
in the center of the steering wheel.

• Position the steering wheel so that the tab is upright.
• Fit the steering wheel onto the end of the steering column.

• Fit a rear wheel retainer onto the end of the rear axle.
Rear Wheel Retainer
• Insert a screw through the large opening in the rear wheel
retainer and the hole in the rear axle. Tighten the screw.
• Push the axle into the wheel as far as it will go.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other rear wheel to the
other end of the rear axle.
