IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels
®
12 volt orange lead-
acid rechargeable battery with built-in thermal fuse. Use of any
other battery will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you
charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed
Power Wheels
®
12 volt charger before operating your vehicle
for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after
each use of the vehicle. Never charge the battery longer than
30 hours. Failure to follow these instructions may damage your
battery and will void your warranty.
• Press the tab on the trunk lid and lift to remove it.
• Plug the orange motor harness connector into the
orange battery.

• Place the orange battery in the battery compartment. Make
sure the battery retainer slides over the top of the battery.
• Replace the trunk lid.
