Steering Column
• Place the lock nut (rounded side out) onto the end of the
steering column.
• Tighten the lock nut firmly using the closed end of the assembly tool.

• Fit the curved end of the steering column through the hole in the
steering linkage.

• Carefully lift the front end of
the vehicle.
• Wipe the steering column with a
paper towel to remove any
excess lubricant.
• Insert the straight end of the steering column through the slot in the
vehicle and out through the large hole in the center of the dash.
• Be sure the steering column comes through the hole in the dash.

• Set the vehicle upright.
• Insert two screws into the front bumper and tighten.
