8" trusshead shoulder screws through the
holes in the steering linkage.
• Fit a round washer on the end of each screw.
• Insert one of the screws (with washer) into the screw
peg on the rear axle support. Insert the other screw
(with washer) into the hole in the motor assembly.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver but do
not over-tighten. It is important that the screws not
restrict movement of the steering linkage.

Assembly
• Position the vehicle body upside down.
• With the cupped side of the rear axle support facing up,
fit the holes in the rear axle support onto the screw pegs
on the vehicle body.

• Fit the two metal washer plates onto the vehicle body
screw pegs extending through the rear axle support.
• Insert a #8 x

8" trusshead screw through each metal
washer plate and into the vehicle body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver but do not
over-tighten. It is important that the metal washer
plates move freely under the screws.
