•Locate the lock fasteners in the back of the seat.
•Using a slotted screwdriver, turn each lock fastener

turn to the unlocked position.
•Lift the seat to remove it from the vehicle body.

•Remove the battery from the vehicle body.
•While pressing the vehicle
body tab, lift the edge of the
battery clamp.

IMPORTANT! The battery must be removed from your vehicle
for the initial charge in order to complete assembly. After
assembly is complete, you do not need to remove the battery
from your vehicle to recharge it.
