The steering wheel switch data that has been
downloaded from E-iSERV (website) to a
CD-R can be loaded into the main unit and
save there.
When loading steering wheel switch data to
the main unit, turn the power off to set the
standby state. For details, see “Turning the
POWER ON or OFF” on page 18.
CAUTION
The CD-R is read.
After successful data reading, message
“OK” continues for 2 seconds on the
display and the receiver power is turned
off.
ATTENTION
To load data into the main unit, you have to
make a special folder. For detail information
about how to make the folder, refer to the E-
iSERV website.
This function can be used only on a vehicle
that has the steering wheel switches
operating by voltage detection.
You can manually assign the desired
functions to every steering wheel switch
buttons.
To do so, turn the power supply off and set it
to the standby state. For details, see “Turning
the POWER ON or OFF” on page 18.
IMPORTANT
The state of a no signal is read.
Reading the steering
wheel switch data
Do not turn the ignition switch or the power
to the main unit ON or OFF (or remove the
front panel of the main unit) while data
reading is in progress. Data reading will be
interrupted and data may be damaged.
Only the [VOL] knob can be operated while
the system is reading data.

When the power switch is off, hold
down both [CTRL] and [TEXT] buttons
for 3 or more seconds.

Open the front panel by pressing the
[ (OPEN/EJECT)] button.

Select “FILE” using the [SELECT (Up)]
or [SELECT (Down)] button.

Press the [BAND] button.

Open the front panel by pressing the
[ (OPEN/EJECT)] button, and
remove the CD-R disc.
Manual setting of
steering wheel switch
functions
Your manual setting may fail due to the
ambient environments including the outdoor
temperature.

When the power switch is off, hold
down both [CTRL] and [TEXT] buttons
for 3 or more seconds.

Select “CSTM” using the [SELECT
(Up)] or [SELECT (Down)] button.

Press the [BAND] button.

Hold down the [CTRL] button.
