Transmitter Functions
This system is programmable, making it possible to assign any
remote button to any specific receiver function. The remote initially
comes programmed with Standard Configuration, but may also be
customized by an authorized dealer. The buttons in all instructions
in this manual correspond to a Standard Configuration remote.
Button
Pressing arms the security system and locks the vehicle doors
(if connected).
Button
Pressing disarms the security system and unlocks the vehicle
doors (if connected). If configured for progressive unlocking,
pressing will only unlock the driver’s door, and a second press
of will unlock the remaining passenger doors.

An optional accessory (such as trunk release), remote-controlled
silent arm/disarm and remote-controlled Valet
®
are controlled by
