WhatThisWarrantyCovers. DLO(DigitalLifestyleOutfitters)warrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialsand
workmanship. ThislimitedwarrantyappliesonlytoproductsmanufacturedbyorforDLO.
WhatThisWarrantyDoesNotCover. Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytodamagecausedby: (a)accident,abuse,misuse,
misapplication,ordinarywear,impropermaintenance,failuretofollowinstructions,orproductsnotmanufacturedbyor
forDLO;and(b)aftermarketservices(includingupgradesandexpansions).
HowLongThisWarrantyLasts. Thiswarrantylastsforaperiodofninety(90)daysfromthedateoforiginalretailpur-
chase.
WhatDLOWillDo. Ifadefectexists,DLOwillexchangetheproduct,atitsoption,withaproductthatisneworhasbeen
manufacturedfromneworserviceableusedpartsandthatisatleastfunctionallyequivalenttotheoriginalproduct.DLO
willwarrantareplacementproductagainstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofninety(90)daysfrom
thedateofreplacement.
HowToGetService. Inordertobeeligibleforthiswarranty,youMUSTregisteryourpurchaseatwww.dlo.com/register
withinthirty(30)daysofpurchasingthisproduct. Ifyoubelievethatthisproductisdefectiveinmaterialsorworkman-
ship,pleasee-mailcustomerservice@dlo.comwithabriefdescriptionoftheproblem,forfurtherinstructions.
NoChangeToWarranty. NoDLOreseller,agentoremployeeisauthorizedtomakeanymodification,extension,orad-
ditiontothiswarranty.
HowStateLawApplies. Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoualsomayhaveotherrightsthatvaryfrom
statetostate,orcountry.
RestrictionsOnImpliedWarranties. Allimpliedwarranties,including,withoutlimitation,warrantiesofmerchantability
andfitnessforaparticularpurpose,arelimitedindurationtothedurationofthiswarranty. Somestatesdonotallowlim-
itationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.
RestrictionsOnDamages.DLOisnotresponsiblefordirect,special,incidentalorconsequentialdamagesresultingfrom
anybreachofwarrantyorconditionorunderanyotherlegaltheory(including,withoutlimitation,lostprofits;downtime;
goodwill;damagetoorreplacementofequipmentandproperty;failuretomaintaintheconfidentialityofdatastoredon
theproduct;andanycostsofrecovering,reprogrammingorreproducinganyprogramordatastoredinorusedwith
productsmanufacturedbyorforDLO). Somestatesandcountriesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidental
orconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
