WhatThisWarrantyCovers. DLO(DigitalLifestyleOutfitters)warrantsthis productagainstdefectsin materi-
alsand workmanship. Thislimitedwarrantyapplies only toproductsmanufactured byorforDLO.
WhatThisWarrantyDoesNotCover. Thiswarranty does notapplytodamage caused by: (a) accident, abuse,
misuse, misapplication, ordinarywear, improper maintenance,failure to followinstructions, orproducts not
manufactured byorfor DLO;and (b)aftermarketservices(includingupgrades andexpansions).
HowLong ThisWarrantyLasts. Thiswarranty lastsfor aperiod ofninety (90) days fromthe dateof original
retailpurchase.
WhatDLOWillDo. Ifadefectexists,DLOwill exchangetheproduct,atits option, with aproductthatis new or
has been manufactured from newor serviceable usedparts andthat isat least functionallyequivalentto the
originalproduct.DLOwillwarrant areplacementproductagainstdefectsin materials andworkmanshipfora
periodof ninety (90)daysfromthe dateofreplacement.
How To Get Service. In order to be eligible for this warranty, you MUST register your purchase at
www.dlo.com/registerwithinthirty (30)daysof purchasing this product. Ifyoubelieve that thisproductisde-
fectivein materials orworkmanship, pleasee-mail customerservice@dlo.com witha brief description of the
problem, for furtherinstructions.
NoChange ToWarranty. NoDLO reseller,agent oremployeeis authorizedto make anymodification, exten-
sion,or additiontothiswarranty.
HowStateLawApplies. Thiswarranty givesyouspecific legalrights, andyoualsomayhave other rightsthat
varyfromstateto state, or country.
RestrictionsOnImpliedWarranties. Allimpliedwarranties,including,without limitation, warrantiesof mer-
chantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurpose,arelimitedinduration tothe durationof this warranty. Some
statesdonot allowlimitations on howlonganimpliedwarranty lasts, so theabovelimitationmaynot apply to
you.
RestrictionsOnDamages. DLO isnotresponsiblefordirect,special,incidentalorconsequentialdamagesre-
sultingfromanybreachofwarrantyorconditionor under any other legaltheory (including, without limitation,
lostprofits;downtime; goodwill;damage to or replacementofequipmentandproperty;failuretomaintainthe
confidentialityof datastoredon theproduct;and anycostsof recovering, reprogrammingor reproducing any
programor data stored inorused withproductsmanufacturedby orforDLO). Somestatesand countries do
notallowthe exclusion or limitationofincidentalor consequentialdamages, sotheabovelimitation or exclu-
sionmay notapplytoyou.
