(Quick-Start Mode)
Unit will bypass the power up test sequence and will
display the last selected traveling mode:“

Q-Start is recommended when you are comfortable
with the detector and do not require a rundown of
sample messages. Unit is ready for operation and will
display Radar, Laser and SWS
messages when
signals are detected.
TTEECCHH
MODE (Displays Frequency Received)
Presents audio and text messages followed by the
display of the ACTUAL frequency of the received
radar bandwidth and Laser. Unit is ready for
operation and will display Radar, Laser and SWS
messages – including actual frequencies – when
signals are detected.
Sample alerts while operating in Tech Mode:
Laser Alert: “

VV--MMEETTEERR
(Voltage Meter Mode)
Presents a continuous, digital readout of your
vehicle’s battery voltage
(10.5 volt to 15.5 volt range)

If voltage rises above 15.5, the display will flash
HHII VVOOLLTT
” until the problem with your vehicle is
corrected. If voltage falls below 10.5 volts, display
will flash “
LLOOWW VVOOLLTT
” until the problem with your
vehicle is corrected.

Note: during continuous readout of your vehicle’s battery voltage, you’ll
notice the mode of operation you’re traveling will be illuminated in the
left hand corner of the display in abbreviated form:
