Therearetwomodesintheexercisemenu:StandbyandRecording.InStandbymode,yourheartrateisdisplayedbutyour
exerciseisnot recorded.InRecordingmode,exerciseisrecordedandstopwatchandotherfunctionsareactivated.
1.Wearthetransmitterasdescribedinthesection“WearingYourTransmitter”onpage12.
2.StartfromtheTimemode.PresstheRedbutton.Thewristunitwillautomaticallysearchforyour
heartrate.Theheartrateandtheframedheartsymbolwillappearin15seconds.
3.Standbytextandsymbol
aredisplayed.Thewristunitautomaticallystartstosearchfor
yourheartrate.
4.PresstheRedbutton.Exercisetimestartsrunningandexerciserecordingsymbol is
displayed.YouarenowinRecordingmode.
