Safety Inspection Checklists
Initially
❑ Ensurethatthemaximumwatersupplytemperaturedoesnotexceed115°F.
❑ Ensurethatthemaximumwaterpressuredoesnotexceed65PSI.
❑ Verifythewaterflowtemperaturewithaseparatethermometer.
❑ Visuallyinspectforcracksinthetubsurface.
❑ Ensurethatthedoorhandlelocksthedoorclosed.
❑ Ensurethatthesafetypinproperlyengagesthedoor.
❑ Checkthatalllabelsarepresentandlegible.Replaceifnecessary.
Before Each Use
❑ Disinfectthetub.
❑ Ensurethatthemaximumwatersupplytemperaturedoesnotexceed115°F.
