Cleaning
Acidic and basic compounds - Follow this
procedure if the fluid path is in contact with acidic
and basic compounds:
1 Prime the fluid path using a 0.1N NaOH
solution.
2 Pause the priming sequence.
3 After 10 minutes, resume priming the fluid path
using distilled or deionized water. Prime until
the fluid path has been flushed with water.
4 Pause the priming sequence.
5 Prime the fluid path using a 0.1N NaOH
solution. Continue to prime until the fluid path
has been flushed with 0.1N NaOH.
6 Pause the priming sequence.
7 After 10 minutes, resume priming the fluid path
using distilled or deionized water. Prime until
the fluid path has been flushed with water.
8 When you’re satisfied that the entire fluid path
has been flushed with water, end the priming
sequence.
