@As PermanentPress garmentsage, they may showfrayingat collars and cuffs. This is
normal due to weakeningoffibers bythe Permanent Press process. It is not causedby
washer.Youcan slowthis process bywashingsmallPermanent Press loadswith a
Large WaterLevel. Do not wash heavyitems suchas towelswith PermanentPress
items. Removecollar stays,when possible.
@Roughnessor burrs on agitator maycause rips or tears. Check agitatorand file rough
spotsif necessary.
@Garments weakenedby age, sun or atmosphere. This is inevitableand is not caused
by washer.
@Toolarge loads, or too little water. Load washer only with number of itemsthat will
movefreely.Select correct water level.
Pretreat with liquid detergent.

@Make sure both hot and cold faucetsare turned on.
@Make sure controls are set and Cycle Selector Knob is pulledout to ON position,
