Closethedishwasherdoorandselectthecycleand
desiredenhancements.TouchtheSTART/RESETpadto
beginthecycle.Waterfillbegins,andapproximately60
secondslaterthewashactionbegins.
NOTE:Thedishwasherremembersyourlastcycleso
youdon'thaveto reprogrameachtime.Whenthe
dishwasherdoorisfullyclosed,thecontrolpanellights
willdisplaythelastsettingsyouselected.
Clean
TheCLEANlightis illuminatedwhen a wash cycle is
complete. Thelightwillstag ONuntilthe door is opened
and then closedand latched orwhen a pad ispressed
withthe door closed.Youcan turn offthe CLEANlight
by pressingany pad when the door islatched.
Flashing display lights.
If youdon'twantto changeanyofthesettings,simply
touchtheSTART/RESETpadtobeginthecycle.
Ifthedoorisclosed,theindicatorlightswillturn
off iftheSTART/RESETpadisnotselectedwithintwo
minutes.Toactivatethedisplay,openandclosethedoor
or pressanypad.
Also,ifa powerfailureoccurs,NORMALandHEATDRV
willautomaticallybeprogrammed.Hakeanynew
selectionsandtouchtheSTART/RESETpadto begin
thecycle.

Check the Water Temperature
Theenteringwater shouldbeat least49°C(120°F)and
notmorethan65°C(150°F)foreffectivecleaningandto
preventdishdamage.Checkthewatertemperaturewith
acandyor meatthermometenTurnon thehotwater
faucetnearestthe dishwasher,placethethermometerin
aglassandletthewaterruncontinuouslyintotheglass
untilthetemperaturestopsrising.
Use Rinse Agent
Rinseagents remove spots and prevent new filmbuildupon your dishes,glasses, flatware,cookware and plastic.
Filling the Dispenser
Therinseagent dispenser holds 100ml(5.5ft.oz.)ofrinseagent. Undernormal
conditions,thiswilllastapproximatelyonemonth.Trytokeepit full,butdonotoverfill.

RinseAid Setting
Theamountof rinseagentreleasedintothefinalwashcanbeadjusted.Thefactory
settingisatthe midpoint.Ifthereareringsofcalcium(hardwater)spotson dishes,trya
highersetting.Ifyouseefoaminthedishwasher,movetheindicatorto a lowersetting.
Toadjustthesetting
Removethedispensercap;thenturntheadjustercounterclockwiseto increasethe
amountof rinseagent,clockwiseto reducetheamountofrinseagent.
Dish Preparation Prior to Loading
• Noprerinsingofnormalfoodsoilisrequired.
• Scrapeoffhardsoils,includingbones,toothpicks,skins
andseeds.
• Removelargequantitiesofany remainingfood.
Dispensercop
• Removeleafyvegetables,meattrimmingsand
excessiveamountsofgreaseoroil.
• Removeacidicfoodsoilsthat candiscolorstainless
steel.
