Aligning the Print Head

If you notice a misalignment of vertical lines, you may be able to

solve this problem from your computer using the Print Head

Alignment utility in your printer software. Refer to the

appropriate section below.

Note:

Do not start the Print Head Alignment utility while printing is in

progress; otherwise, your printout may be marred.

For Windows users

Click the

Utility

tab in the printer software, then click the

Print

Head Alignment

button.

For Macintosh users

Access the printer software and click the Utility icon button in

the Print or Page Setup dialog box, then click the

Print Head

Alignment

button.
