
Option Description
• LAN or WLAN — Allows the system to be powered on by special LAN or
WLAN signals.
Block Sleep This option lets you block entering to sleep (S3 state) in operating system
environment.
• Block Sleep (S3 state) - This option is disabled by default.

Adapter Warnings Allows you to enable/disable the BIOS warning messages when you use certain
power adapters.
Numlock LED Specifies if the NumLock function can be enabled when the system boots.

Option Description
Virtualization This option specifies whether a Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) can utilize the
additional hardware capabilities provided by Intel Virtualization technology.
• Enable Intel Virtualization Technology (selected by default)
VT for Direct I/O Enables or disables the Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) from utilizing the additional
hardware capabilities provided by Intel® Virtualization technology for direct I/O.
• Enable Intel VT for Direct I/O (selected by default)
Trusted Execution This option specifies whether a Measured Virtual Machine Monitor (MVMM) can
utilize the additional hardware capabilities provided by Intel Trusted Execution
technology. The TPM virtualization technology, and Virtualization technology for
direct I/O must be enabled to use this feature.
