Using Coded Speed Dialling
Once you have registered your numbers under coded speed dialling codes, you can send documents as
follows:

for more details.

Prepare the document and load it, face down, into the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
¶ If necessary, you can adjust the resolution and contrast. See page 5-13 for more details.

Press CODED DIAL.

Use the numeric buttons to enter the two-digit
code assigned to the fax number.
¶ The name registered under that coded speed
dialling code is displayed. If no name is
registered, the number registered under that
code will be displayed.
¶ If you mistakenly enter the wrong code, press
the
STOP) button. Then press the (
CODED DIAL button and enter the correct
code.
¶ If no fax number is assigned to the coded speed
dialling code you press, the LCD displays NO
TEL #. If this happens, make sure you entered
the correct code and that the number you want
to dial is registered under that code.
