Go to Control panel
System
Device Manager
Click "+" in Front of Port
Highlight ECP Printer Port
Properties
Resources
Disable "Use Automatic Settings"
Double-click on Direct Memory Access Line
Change Volume Line to 3
Click OK
Close
Reboot
