right to receive any type of radio transmission. The same radio
frequencies used by police radar are also used by other devices, such as
automatic door openers, burglar alarms, and some amateur radio
equipment. Since the LRD 6199SWS is just a radio receiver tuned to a
specific portion of the public radio spectrum, it is protected under this act.
