Make sure the throttle is not being held open by the Cruise Control Module Cable.
To achieve proper slack dimensions, remove the Snap-In adapter from the Cable Bracket
Turn the Snap-In adapter to adjust the slack.Snap-In th.e adapter back into the Cable
Bracket. You must have 0.050"-0.060" slack at engine idling position.
