Power Door Locking System
You can lock and unlock all the doors
(including the tailgate of SX4) simulta-
neously by:
• Turning the key in a front door lock, or
• Pushing the power door locking switch
located on the driver’s side or the front
passenger’s side door panel.

(when using the key)
To lock all the doors simultaneously, insert
the key in a front door lock and turn the top
of the key toward the rear of the vehicle
once.
To unlock all the doors simultaneously,
insert the key in a front door lock and turn
the top of the key toward the front of the
vehicle twice.
To unlock only one of the front doors, insert
the key in that door lock and turn the top of
the key toward the front of the vehicle
once.

switch (1) or (2), respectively.
