manual.
Installnewsparkplug.
Fill FUELTANK per 'BEFORE STARTING' instructions.
Drain FUEL TANKand re-fillwithclean,fresh gasoline.

Spark plug fouled.

REMEDY

In_allnew SPARK PLUG.
Regap SPARK PLUG electrodes. See 'SPARK PLUG"
