Spacers
Grille
• Fit two spacers between the grille and the back of the brush guard,
as shown

• Insert two #8 x 3" screws through the inside of the headlight, the
spacers and into the holes in the grille

. Tighten the screws.
Brush Guard
• Fit the light covers to the headlights.
• Insert #10 x
3
/4" screws into the light covers. Tighten the screws.

Front Bumper
• Fit and hold the brush guard against the front bumper.
• Insert two #10 x
3
/4" screws into the brush guard and tighten.

• Position the windshield so that the molded detail on the wipers
faces the front end of the vehicle.
• Insert and “snap” the two large tabs on the windshield into the
large slots in the dash.
• Pull up on the windshield to be sure it is secure.
