Assembly
Place a .437 cap nut on a flat surface, inside up, as shown.
Hint: You may want to place a scrap block of wood
underneath the cap nut to protect the assembly surface.
Fit the rear axle into the cap nut.
•Tap the opposite end of the rear axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut in the rear axle. Pull on the cap nut
to be sure it is secure.
Slide a hubcap (flat side down), a wheel (flat side down)
and a driver (ring side down) on the rear axle.
Make sure the ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves in
the driver.

in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Children should not handle parts,
including the battery, or help in assembly of the vehicle.

Hint: Keep the motors in place in the vehicle body for the
next assembly step.
