If the horn did not sound when disarming, then the chirps have been
turned off, and you should refer to the section titled “ ELIMINATING
THE ARM / DISARM CHIRPS “ in this manual.
Doors Unlock - Optional
Headlight Illumination - Optional
The vehicle’s headlights turn on for approximately 30 seconds, illumi-
nating the path to the vehicle.
Courtesy Lights - Optional
Interior courtesy lights turnon for 30 seconds, oruntil the ignition key is
switched on.
SILENT DISARMING
1. As you approach the vehicle, press and hold the ARM / DISARMbutton on the keychain
transmitter for 2 seconds.
Red dash mounted L.E.D. turns off.
If passive arming was selected during the installation, then the L.E.D.
will start flashing rapidly, indicating that the system is re arming auto-
matically. Openany door to suspend the automatic arming.
Parking Lights flash two times.
If the parkinglights flashed three times, then thealarm was triggered in
your absence. Beforeturning the key on, examine theL.E.D. to identify
which zone was triggered.
Siren will not sound.
If the siren sounds 4 chirps, then the alarm was triggered in your ab-
sence. Before turning the key on, examine the L.E.D. and refer to the
INTRUSION WARNING SIGNALS section of this manual to identify
which zone was triggered.
Vehicles hornwill not beep.
If the horn beeps four times, then the alarm was triggered in your ab-
sence. Before turning the key on, examine the L.E.D. and refer to the
INTRUSION WARNING SIGNALS section of this manual to identify
which zone was triggered.

INTRUSION WARNING SIGNALS
This system willinform you if anintrusion attempt has occurredwhile you were awayfrom the
vehicle. If anintrusion attempt has occurred, thesiren will chirp 4 timesand the parking lights
will flash 3 times when disarming the system. Enter the vehicle, and observe the red dash
mounted L.E.D. to identify which zone was triggered.
