EXT Setup (Continued)
To switch the various EXT Setup menus,
press the EXT2/EXT3 or EXT1/VALET
button.
EXT2/EXT3 button: UP
EXT1/VALET button: DOWN
Example: Press the EXT2/EXT3 button
during the “EXT-1 xx” scroll
display. The scroll display will
change to “EXT-2 xx”.
Note: Pressing MODE button returns to “EXT
SETUP” scroll display.
To exit EXT Setup, set ignition to OFF or
leave ignition ON and set the Disarm/Valet
switch to ON to return to the clock display.
Note: When an EXT output is configured as
a timed output “T-TIMER”, the amount
of output time can be controlled. The
default time is set at three minutes. To
change the output time, activate the
EXT configured as the timed output.
The Security Display Module will
display “3:00” and will begin counting
down. To add time, press the MODE
button. To subtract time, activate the
EXT button again. The timed output
can be configured for 15, 30, 45
seconds, or 1 – 10 minutes.
